Shipping policy

We operate a small shipping operation out of Ontario, Canada. Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding orders placed on weekends and Public Holidays) for processing before orders ship from our facility.

Delivery times are longer if outside of the metropolitan area.

The Canada Post Strike is causing major delays on all shipments. Please be patient as packages will likely take longer than expected to arrive.

Longboi & Co. is not responsible for package loss, theft or damage.

Duties & Taxes

At this time we are unable to offer prepayment of duties & taxes for international customers. If you are located in a country where duties & taxes are charged for importing products, you may be charged duties & taxes upon delivery. If you are unsure if your country requires the payment of delivery duties (or what the maximum free import may be), you should be able to find this information via your governments website. The shipping carrier may not release the package without payment for duties & taxes.
