I ordered the Large for my miniature dachshund (on the lower end of the weight range), and the fit is spot-on thanks to all the adjustable points. It’s easy to customize around the chest, belly, and neck so it sits comfortably and doesn’t shift around.
The jacket is well‑made and perfect for mild winter days — it keeps my doxie dry in slush and lightly snowy weather. Just a heads up: it’s not quite warm enough for really cold days, but for everyday winter walks it works great and looks adorable.
Overall, a solid jacket with a fantastic fit for dachshund shapes!

Got this jacket for my daschund. It's great other than the buckle breaking. I reached out to Longboi and haven't heard back about a replacement - its been over 2 weeks.

The only jackets that I have found that fit my mini dachshund properly! Highly recommend, true to dimensions and sizing. Neck size is a slightly tight fit. Keeps my puppy nice and warm!

I am so happy to have finally found the holy grail of dachshund coats - something long enough for his back, with enough coverage for his low chest, easy to put on, and above all stylish and smart and not a ‘comedy’ item.
I think over the years of sausage dog ownership I have tried (and failed) to find the above, and wasted plenty of money along the way hoping to find something that would be just right. Longboi have delivered on all fronts, with a coat whose dimensions are spot on, with a coat that is deliciously waterproof (they must really understand dachshunds to know there’s no going out in the rain if it can be avoided!!), and it’s warm without being too excessively bulky. All round, it just totally hits the brief, and is stylish and practical to boot!
Service was impeccable, and shipping time was exactly as specified on the website. I will definitely be looking to get one of the fleeces next as I’m really happy with the quality. I highly recommend.
